Once upon a Christmas
in an elf kind of land
a million little snowflakes
covered all the grass and sand.
With presents in the trees
and ornaments all around
the spirit of Noël
was brought to us in sound.
Carol singers chant best wishes
fireplaces burn throughout the night
everybody snuggles up
the clock is never out of sight.
The smell of cinnamon
and very hot wine
everybody's joyfull
and tries to say a rhyme
Come and take a walk in the snow
while Santa Claus sings:
Ho Ho Ho !!!
